Crafted with Montelobos Mezcal, Campari, Le Moné Aperitif, vermouth, and Crimson Amaro, this cocktail is smoky, bold, and perfectly balanced. The amaro comes from Claire Marin, founder of Catskill Provisions and Pollinator Spirits, one of New York’s most innovative women in the craft spirits scene.
